Moien Retouche does two trades that are usually found in two different shops: alterations and made-to-measure on one side, dry cleaning and laundry on the other. For you that means one trip, one person to talk to and one collection date.
The workshop is in the Centre Commercial Mercado, 2 Rue Sandkaul, in Wasserbillig — a few minutes from the German border. We are open Monday to Saturday, and this site is published in French, German and English.
How we work
We look at the piece before we name a price
Our starting prices are published — they give you the order of magnitude. The final price depends on the fabric, the condition of the garment and the work involved. We look at it with you, tell you the price and the date, and only then start.
We also say when the answer is no
Some pieces cannot be saved, and some stains do not come out. When that is the case we say so before we take the garment in rather than afterwards, and we do not run up costs for nothing.
What you can prepare
Bring the garment and tell us the result you want. For a trouser or dress hem, bring the shoes you will wear with it if you can. For an event, come well before the date.
