Jackets, coats, suits and formal pieces — treated according to the fabric, in the workshop at Centre Mercado.
Every piece is examined before it is treated.
No two garments arrive the same. We read the label, look at the fabric, the lining, the buttons and the stains, and then choose the treatment. That examination — not a price by weight — is what decides what happens to the piece.
Dry cleaning is for clothes that cannot go in a machine: jackets, suits, coats, formal dresses, lined or structured pieces. For everyday laundry by the kilo, see washing & ironing; for an alteration on the same piece, see alterations & tailoring.
The formal pieces

Jackets & suits
A single jacket or a full suit: cleaned and pressed back into shape, lining and canvas intact.
Coats & anoraks
Wool, cashmere, parka or down jacket; detachable hoods and collars treated with the piece.
Dresses
Day dresses and formal pieces, including lined, pleated or delicately finished ones.
Everyday & finishing
The rest of the wardrobe, and what happens before it goes back.
Shirts & trousers
Cleaned per item, pressed, returned on a hanger or folded, as you prefer.
Stains & spot treatment
Every stain is treated before cleaning. Tell us where it came from if you know: it changes the product we use.
Ironing only
Washed at home and only the pressing left? We take the piece in for ironing alone.
Dry cleaning prices
The services we are asked for most. The final price is confirmed in the shop, depending on the fabric, the lining and the condition of the piece.

Before you drop off
Three questions we are asked every time.
Which fabrics cannot be dry cleaned?
Some materials and finishes do not take the solvent: bonded pieces, fragile imitation leather, glued-on decoration — and leather, suede and skins, which are treated separately. We check the label and the garment before we take the work on, and we tell you when the answer is no.
Does every stain come out?
No, and we would rather say so before we start. An old stain that has been heated or already rubbed can have set the colour into the fibre. We treat it and tell you, before cleaning, what we think we can achieve.
How long does it take?
It depends on the volume and the fabric. We give you the collection date when you drop the piece off, once we have looked at it — not before.
